It was well packed and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The typewriter itself was obviously broken. That would have been good to mention in the ad. The carriage wouldn’t stay in place. I took it to a typewriter repairman and he is working in it. I think it will be ok in the end after the $180 repair.
